Should an error be discovered regarding any aspect of your order, Childrens Funky Furniture will make every effort to contact you to inform you of the error. Childrens Funky Furniture will not be liable for delivery of the product to you where a known error in pricing exists. However, Childrens Funky Furniture will give you the option to proceed with the purchase order at revised terms directly in line with the corrected details for the said product.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, other persons employed by you to install or build products, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods.

We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
