Will my personal data and credit card details be safe on your website?

What extra charges do you make?
Our prices, including free delivery to anywhere within the UK Mainland, are as advertised against each product on the website.
Our bedroom furniture comes with an additional option of ?assembly?, as carried out by our qualified fitter team. Costs associated with this service are optional and are displayed within the ?product options? section of each product page.

 

Are prices subject to change?
Once a product has been ordered on our website, the price of that product will be honoured by us to you. Occasionally, we receive notification from our suppliers that prices may have increased ? we will make changes to our prices accordingly, but once you have placed your order with us at a set price as displayed, that is the cost that you will be charged.

 

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our most frequently asked question! For our large flat pack bedroom furniture sets and individual furniture pieces, experience has shown us that we can usually achieve a delivery lead time from placement of order to arrival with the customer of 4-6 weeks. Most of our flat pack furniture is made by our suppliers to order and it is unusual for us to need any longer than 6 weeks as a maximum to fulfil this type of order.
For all our other products, our suppliers hold the vast majority in stock. 28 days is therefore the maximum that we would expect to complete your order and more often than not this delivery time can be improved upon significantly. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock and again a replacement batch may take a little longer to order.

How will your delivery team know if I?m at home to receive my goods?
Our delivery team will contact you directly via telephone if there are any issues associated with distribution of your goods. Where flat pack furniture has been ordered, our team will telephone you as soon as the merchandise has arrived at our warehouse and will arrange a mutually acceptable date and time with you for delivery.

 

Are delivery costs refunded if merchandise is returned?
Yes, but only if the product was delivered to you in a damaged condition and this condition can be demonstrated to be our liability.
If you change your mind about your ordered goods once you have received them, the United Kingdoms Consumer Protection Regulations allow you to cancel your order within 7 working days from receipt of your goods. However, you will be liable for the cost of return delivery to us. Can goods be delivered outside of the U.K. Mainland?
