Hi Karen, thanks for your voicemail earlier this evening, sorry I couldn't get to the phone as was putting little George to bed! Yes the table and chairs were delivered today, the only thing is I have decorators in at the moment so it's complete mayhem, and I'm staying out of their way each day. I won't be able to open the packages until Saturday morning as when I get home each day it's dark and I have no lights (!) In the morning I'll be rushing out to get out of their way. I will let you know immediately if there is anything wrong first thing Monday morning. I would like to take this opportunity to say how helpful you have been with communication and the order, it's so nice to have good customer service this days, seems to be a rarity now...

Hi Karen Just wanted to say a big thank you to you for the great service we received after ordering the Constructo furniture for my son. As you know I was a bit concerned that the blue looked a bit lilac but it's not at all and it looks great. It was easy enough to put together - in fact the wardrobe took exacatly 2 and a half hours as stated on the instructions!! My little boy loves his new bedroom and we now have plenty of storage for him. I would definitely order from you again in the future and won't hesitate to recommend you either. Many thanks again.

My 51 year old brother was staying over at the weekend and we put him in Kevins room and he had no complaints either. So maybe you should advertise that its suits young and old................... regards

Dear Karen, Just a note to let you know how much a pleasure it was doing business with you. The single door wardrobe from the Petite Biscuit Collection is such a good quality, I was so pleasantly surprised. Although we had a couple of things missing from our pack, I was so impressed to receive a call (to arrange delivery the next day!) just a few seconds (literally) after my enquiry. And all your reassuring phone calls at the end of the day just checking that everything was all right! I have to tell you that every single time I put the phone down, I just looked at my husband saying 'Gosh, they ARE good, aren't they?'. Unbelievable customer service. We will definitely be back buying more bits and pieces for our daughter and I won't hesitate for a second recommending you to our friends. Oh yes, I had great fun putting the wardrobe together with my husband, the instructions were really easy to follow. It's also good to know that we can turn to you at any time if we need any extra parts. Keep up the good work!

Hi Karen We`ve been in Gothenborg Sweden for a while so didnt open it before yesterday. We appreciate your great service all the time and the sofa en beanbag are both very nice. Mathilde is thrilled with the sofa and loves it. We havent given her the bag yet since it will be far more than she can appreciate at once. We'll take it to the cabin this weekend and I'll bet shell love the beanbag too. Thank you very much again. Dear Sir / Madam, Im just emailing my personal thanks on behalf of Kiddiwinks. As i was the lady who contacted the Alan Titchmarsh show for their help. My godness i dont even where to start with words to express my thanks and appreciation.. Deliveries have already started arriving and the children are so excited they dont know what to do first. Luckily just as your delivery of furniture arrived so did some journalists etc and the lady said the screams were very loud! Im still in shock everything has happened the way it has. I just had to let you know that I'm really pleased with the service I got from you when I bought the Cameo sleepstation. The courier was as helpful as he possibly could be - both in getting it into the house and arranging a delivery time. He actually arrived within seconds of when we had arranged. Also, huge thanks for a great product. I've put together quite a bit of self assembly furniture over the years and this seems to be the best engineered one so far - my daughter is delighted with her new bed. Rest assured that when we're looking for a new bed for my son, later in the year, I'll be checking your website first and I've already recommended it to friends. Hi Karen and Ian I have just recieved my bunkbeds and just wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with your company. Previous to ordering with you I was unfortunate enough to have ordered the same bed from thebedshop.com, to cut a long story short it was hideous 3 months of limited contact from them, three failed delivery dates and ended in us opening a dispute with paypal to get a refund. Feeling rather dispondent with internet shopping I came across your website and rather nervously ordered the beds...may I say it was so nice to be able to contact you by phone, and always have a friendly and helpful response. Ian and Karen Just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you very much for the fast and efficient service. We recently ordered a bed for my daughter, ref below. Initially we thought it would be 1-2 weeks. We received a phone call to arrange delivery about a week after our order and it was delivered at the right time between 9.00-12.00 yesterday. We also received a phone call yesterday afternoon to make sure the bed had arrived and everything was ok. The bed is lovely and looks great and our 2 year old daughter is very happy! With best wishes

Living in Jersey, the choice of furniture for my child's bedroom was very limited. I searched numerous companies online, but found Children’s Funky Furniture most competitive price-wise and they had a good range of products too. I made various enquiries about the cabin bed and chest of drawers I chose, and I was really pleased with the level of service I received. Karen responded to emails promptly and was more than helpful with providing further information about shipping to the Channel Islands. Bed arrived when you said, delivery people were really helpful ringing me before they arrived. Bed is beautiful looks even better than the Internet picture and I even managed to put it all together myself!!!! Plus me daughter loves it and is sleeping through the night!!!! Yippee! Thank you! The furniture we received is absolutelly great! It looks superb in our daughters room. The furniture quality is high which is really unsual for this price range. Delivery was prompt as well. Nothing to complain. I think you should have your website translated to Polish (which I could do for you) to attract large Polish family population living here in UK as lot of them look for quality made furniture rather than regular homebase, b&Q or Argos staff.
